Our History
It all started in 1978 with a 15-year-old named Dave Collins who began working as a dishwasher and had a vision of becoming a restaurateur. Dave worked his way up through The Original Graziano’s Pizza Company in Southern California. After working 10 years for the company in several cities he met his eventual wife and now business partner Carmen in the Mojave restaurant.
